Welcome to First Class Homeschool Ministries

New Membership Structure goes into effect in June 2008!

We're very excited about a new structure and benefit package for First Class members!  Not only have we increased the value of membership, but we have done away with the Family Connection Fee.

Starting in June, the Family Connection Fee will be called the FCHM Membership Fee (renewable annually), and will, for the most part, be paid directly to FCHM's main office by the member.  Membership with FCHM now gives the member access to any FCHM co-op.  No transfer fees, no hassle.  When you have your co-op registration, you will simply need to make sure the family is part of FCHM. If not, simply give them the form and have them apply for membership.  Our desire is that eventually, 90% of FCHM memberships will be done through our website, before your class registration occurs.

This should considerably simplify the bookkeeping for the local co-op. Starting in June, the local co-op will only be responsible to pay FCHM for their annual charter fee.  Read below for more detailed information.

FCHM Membership Cost Breakdown

Step 1
Members will be able to choose one of these three options when they sign up
Dues are collected through FCHM and are
renewable each year.

$22 per year when you sign up and pay online with auto-renewal, or

$24 per year when you sign up and pay online, or

$27 per year when you pay via check & printed application

Step 2
On Registration Day, the member pays the local co-op's Registration Fee *formerly "membership fee"*   (typically around $20 per year), and class tuition/supplies fees (around $4 per class, plus supplies).
