It’s time for the single event that brings our First Class Co-op year to a crescendo!
Teachers: Please notify Misty Dame by 5/9/13 if your class will be perfoming / sharing something at the final celebration. Any media items need to be given to her no later than the 16th. Also, maybe your class doesn’t have something to present in front of the audience but something to be on display on a table…this is great too! We want a variety to make the night more interesting and fun!
Parents: if you child has a talent, plays an instrument or any other thing they would like to ‘present’ at our evening celebration, please also let Misty know ASAP. This isn’t just for classes to present, but also individuals are welcome as well. We will give priority to classes/groups, but we would love to see what your child has been working on this year. And again if there are any needs to play media of any type, please let Misty know by the 16th.
This evening is about celebrating what we have all accomplished with our kids this year! We hope you will join us in the fun wrapping up of our school year. You are welcome also to bring family to this evening to see what we all have accomplished.
EVENING SCHEDULE
5:30pm All participants in program be at church in your assigned seat ready to go!!!
6:00-7:00pm Classroom presentations and leadership presentations
7:00-7:15 short break (graduates put on robes etc)
7:15-8:15pm(ish) Graduation Ceremony (families with young children are invited to stay for the graduation, as it can be very inspiring for the young ones to
see these teens at this stage in their schooling, we only have 3 graduates and it is looking like it will be a fairly short ceremony)
8:15pm-9:00pm(ish) Reception following ceremony.
**We need finger foods, appetizers, cookies etc. for reception, so please bring something to share***
